avocado is actually very filling, I think because it’s so fatty. Halve an avocado. Remove the pit (mine is a little brown, that’s why I wanted to eat it in a hurry!).

I sprinkled mine with nutritional yeast and Pink Himalayan salt. Season yours as you wish.

I also added Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to mine. Eat it with a spoon using the skin as a bowl. That’s it!
